• The core function of the App is to help you track your daily steps and encourage you to reach individually set step goals.
• You may connect and compare your step stats with friends on a leaderboard.
• You may also link the App to certain gaming accounts to receive in-game rewards such as items or boosts for achieving step goals.

3. Third-Party Integrations and In-Game Rewards

3.1 Gaming Accounts and Rewards

• To receive in-game rewards, you may connect your gaming account(s) to the App.
• We are not responsible for any issues related to third-party gaming platforms, including their own terms of service or reward availability.
• Rewards are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location, step activity, partnership arrangements, or other factors.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 Data Collected

• We collect your email address and step count information to provide app functionality.
• We do not collect sensitive health metrics such as heart rate or medical conditions.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

5.1 Termination by You

You can delete your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting us at support@d2health.club. Once deleted, your data will be removed according to our retention policies.

5.2 Suspension or Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the App.
