Welcome to D2 Health Club (the "App").
This App is owned and operated by
KARTA CREATIVE LTD, a company registered in England and
Wales with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th
Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF (referred to herein as "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, installing, or using the App, you (the "User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these
Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern your use of the App and any associated features and
services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the
App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound
by these Terms.
1.2 Age Requirement
The App is currently intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age
(or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By registering for or using
the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. App Functionality
2.1 Primary Purpose

The core function of the App is to help you track your daily steps and
encourage you to reach individually set step goals.

You may connect and compare your step stats with friends on a
leaderboard.

You may also become eligible for periodic reward draws based on your
activity metrics, including maintaining consistent daily step streaks
and achieving personal fitness milestones within the App.
3. Third-Party Integrations and In-Game Rewards
3.1 Gaming Accounts and Rewards

To participate in weekly reward draws and connect with gaming communities, you may link your gaming communities through the App.

We are not responsible for any issues related to third-party
gaming platforms, including their own terms of service or reward availability.

Rewards are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location, step
activity, partnership arrangements, or other factors.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your
personal information is governed by our comprehensive

which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.
4.1 Key Privacy Points

We use Sign in with Apple for authentication, allowing you to
remain anonymous if you choose not to share your email address.

We collect step tracking data from your iPhone's built-in
sensors to provide core app functionality including leaderboards and streak tracking.

We use Firebase for secure data storage with enterprise-grade
encryption and security protocols.

We collect basic analytics and crash reports to improve app
performance, but we do not collect location data.

Your data is never sold to third parties. Public leaderboard participation
is a core feature that can be disabled by making your profile private.

5. Account Suspension and Termination
5.1 Termination by You
You can delete your account at any time via in-app settings or by
contacting us at
support@d2health.club. Once deleted, your data will be
removed according to our retention policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate
these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the App.
