How do I join D2?

D2 is an invite-only platform. You'll need an invite from an existing member or you can request access on our Join the Club page. Once approved, you'll receive an invite link to create your account.

How does D2 track my steps?

D2 syncs with your mobile device or compatible smartwatch to track your daily step count. Grant the app permission to read your step data, and D2 will update your progress on the leaderboard each day.

How do I connect my gaming account?

Go to Settings in the D2 App and select 'Connect Account.' Follow the prompts to authenticate with Roblox or other supported platforms. We only collect and store your gaming account ID to provide in-game rewards.

What rewards can I earn in D2?

D2 offers in-game items, cosmetics, and Buffs (temporary perks in partner games). Unlock these rewards by reaching your daily step goals and maintaining streaks. Visit the Loot page in-app to see available rewards.

Do you store my personal information?

We collect only your email address and gaming account ID for verification and rewards. We do not store your name, phone number, or location data. For more details, visit our Privacy Policy.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can request account deletion in the Settings section of the app or by emailing support@d2health.club. Once deleted, your data will be removed unless required by law to be retained in anonymized form.

How do I reset my password?

Authentication is handled via Supabase or your chosen login provider (e.g., Apple, Discord, Roblox). Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen to reset your password.

Does the app track analytics or location data?

No, D2 does not collect analytics like screen views or location data. Only anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., total community steps) may be used for insights and improvements.

How secure is my data?

We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols through our database provider, Supabase. Only authorized team members have access to limited user data.
