How do I join D2?

Simply download the D2 Health Club app from the App Store and sign up with 'Sign in with Apple'. Let the app walk you through the profile setup and you'll be on the leaderboards in minutes.

How does D2 track my steps?

D2 uses your iPhone's built-in Pedometer and HealthKit to get accurate step tracking. As long as the app is running in the foreground or background, we'll track your steps throughout the day.

How do I connect my gaming account?

Connect with your gaming communities through the D2 app to compete together and stay motivated on your daily walking goals.

What rewards can I earn in D2?

Maintain clean weekly streaks to enter draws for Robux or V-Bucks! Stay consistent with your daily step goals to maximize your chances of winning.

Do you store my personal information?

Since we use Sign in with Apple, we don't even store your email address unless you choose to share it. You're free to stay entirely anonymous while using D2. For more details, visit our Privacy Policy.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can request account deletion in the Settings section of the app or by emailing support@d2health.club. Once deleted, your data will be removed unless required by law to be retained in anonymized form.

Does the app track analytics or location data?

We have basic page view and app event tracking enabled, plus crash analytics to help improve the app. We do not collect location data – only step counts from your iPhone's built-in sensors.

How secure is my data?

We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols through Firebase. Your data is protected with Google's enterprise-grade security infrastructure.
